Return Period
You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return and send it back to us. This period allows you to inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns
To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition — just as you received it.
All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.
Custom-made, personalised, or perishable items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation number.
Pack the item securely, include a copy of your order confirmation, and send it to the address provided by our team.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item sent, faulty product, or damage upon delivery), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For returns for other reasons (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
